Progress update

Progress update:

We are working towards getting the refurbishment completed as soon as possible. We expect that the stripping out phase should be completed by April and then, subject to planning permission, we will commence with replacing the windows and cleaning the façade.

Hoarding:

For health and safety reasons the site requires hoarding to be erected. The detailed design of the hoarding should be completed in the first or second week of February and when this is completed it will take approx. one month to put the hoarding in place. The hoarding will be placed on the site (not on any pavements) and will be dark green in colour.
