The new owners of the Kensington Forum hotel on Cromwell Road are very pleased to confirm their proposal to refurbish and reopen the hotel as soon as possible. It is important to say that they have bought the hotel with a view to retaining the existing structure of the building and have no plans for any additional floors.

The last guests have checked out of the hotel and it is now closed to the public. The existing fixtures and fittings will be stripped out in due course and, in the meantime, arrangements are being made to donate these to local charities wherever possible.

We are informing local residents of the situation by letter.

The project is still at a very early stage, but the new owners intend to keep local people informed. More information will be available on this website as the refurbishment plans progress.
